Sending a customised email to your registered guests on signup can pass on information that is important and useful. It can also drive additional registrations through sharing and forwarding.
Every user who signs up to your event will get a basic thank you for registering to attend the event email, however using Inline CSS you can create custom registration emails to have them match your branding guidelines.
Emails on ticket purchase
When an attendee purchases a ticket they will receive an email with the details of the sale as well as their ticketing information.
If an attendee has purchased more than one ticket for an event, their email will contain a list of the Access codes for the event, that corresponds to the number of tickets that they have purchased.
It is then up to the purchaser to distribute the Access codes to the other attendees so they can access the event as well.
